Integrated therapeutic massage

This is a custom massage based on your individual needs. It incorporates a variety of massage modalities and techniques such as Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial release, deep tissue, isolated active and passive stretches, trigger point therapy, and hot/cold therapy.

Reflexology – Hot towels infused with essential oils begin this session. Specific pressure is applied to the feet helping to balance and relax the whole body. There are over 7000 nerve endings in the feet that reflect the organs and parts of the body which promote circulation and proper functioning to referred organs. This is a great introduction for those new to massage and for those with tired feet.

Cream of the crop

The best of the best! This head, neck, and shoulder massage will leave you on cloud nine. Includes facial acupressure and artisan aromatherapy blend.

What our clients say

Shannon has been my #1 LMT for several years now. Throughout every visit I am very pleased with each experience. I started seeing her because of an accident I had and again 3 years ago after another accident. Over the years she has began using new techniques. Every session she has blended a custom massage for my needs. I will continue to schedule sessions with her and refer new clients for years to come.

I have had many massages from over a dozen therapists. As for the massage from Shannon, it was excellent! My experience was very healing, as I have been going through a lot of upper body healing and mental clearing, and Shannon's technique, intuitive guidance, and authentic care and connection, were just what I needed to integrate and anchor a lot of issues, both emotional and physical. I felt she practices her work as sacred healing, and the way she honored me and my body was quite touching (pun intended) 🙂 Thank you, Shannon, for caring, for investing the time and effort to master your healing art. You have my highest recommendation. ♥

What we're doing to reduce the spread of COVID-19

Good news! The State of Georgia has eliminated all specific COVID related requirements for massage therapists. Let’s continue to use common sense. If you are sick or if you feel like you may be getting sick, stay home and contact your health care provider. Please DO NOT come to an appointment with the possibility of illness.  In the event of sickness, there will be no charge for cancellation.

•Frequent hand washing is still a good habit and is one of the best ways to stay healthy.
•Careful steps continue to be taken to provide you with a safe massage therapy environment.
• Additional time is scheduled in between clients to maintain sanitation procedures. THERE IS A  DOWNSTAIRS SEATING AREA IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN  5  MINUTES EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. This allows me the necessary time to clean  between appointments.

While steps are taken to reduce the spread of all diseases, there’s no way to completely prevent the spread of COVID-19. We know how important your massage is to your overall health and are committed high safety standards.  Have any questions? Contact us.
