You'll always be greeted with a warm smile and be treated like family at Serenity Now Massage.
This is a custom massage based on your individual needs. It incorporates a variety of massage modalities and techniques such as Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial release, deep tissue, isolated active and passive stretches, trigger point therapy, and hot/cold therapy.
Reflexology – Hot towels infused with essential oils begin this session. Specific pressure is applied to the feet helping to balance and relax the whole body. There are over 7000 nerve endings in the feet that reflect the organs and parts of the body which promote circulation and proper functioning to referred organs. This is a great introduction for those new to massage and for those who would prefer to maintain a further distance from their massage therapist during this time of social distancing.
The best of the best! This head, neck, and shoulder massage will leave you on cloud nine. Includes facial acupressure and artisan aromatherapy blend.
“Put on the apron of humility.
Serve your brother, wash his feet.
That he may walk in the way of the Lord, refreshed.”
– Foot washing song
